Overview
Our objective was to streamline the digital experience for drivers. We consolidated their scattered Google pages into a cohesive website, centralising all driver-related information into one unified platform. This approach simplified navigation for drivers and ensured that all content adhered to Bolt’s brand guidelines, presenting a user-friendly and branded experience.
Our Approach
Recognising the prevalence of mobile usage, we optimised the portal for seamless functionality on mobile devices. We simplified the presentation of information to make it easily understandable, enhancing the overall user experience and ensuring accessibility for all drivers.
